AIX Rosé is the result of dedication and passion to make the best Provence Rosé available. When drinking AIX you will notice a tremendously vibrant and summery taste, the ultimate expression of the Provence. AIX has a bright, pale pink color and has a delicate balance of crisp acidity and soft, ripe summer fruit.
Estandon Côtes de Provence Rosé 2016 BottlePale in appearance with lychee-colored shades, this vintage develops delicate, fresh aromas of peaches and pears. Delicious, soft, and well- balanced on the palate. Pair with grilled seafood and is a fine, subtle match with Mediterranean cuisine.
Joel et Sylvie Cirotte Domaine La Croix Saint-Laurent Sancerre Rosé 2016100% Pinot Noir. These 30 year old vines grow in soil comprised of 50% Flint and 50% Limestone. Half of the grapes are hand-harvested and the other half are done with machines in mid-September and then have a fermentation period of 10 days in temperature controlled tanks. - Terra Vitas Certified.

The nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. The taste is full, fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon and cardamom). Christian & Karine Lauverjat Sancerre Rosé 2016 BottleThis Pinot Noir-based rose is light-to-medium bodied with notes of strawberry & cherry on the nose. On the approach it is surprisingly lush, with a ripe and remarkably balanced mouth-feel. The finish maintains its structure well beyond what the wine's weight would otherwise hint at. One of our favorites, and an unmistakable hit for the season.

Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2016The 2016 Mulderbosch Rosé exhibits a delicate dusty pink colour reminiscent of classic dry Rosé styles. Bracing mineral aromatics and floral notes are found on the nose whilst the well balanced and vibrant palate features freshly sliced watermelon, Turkish rose water and subtly herbaceous Cabernet Sauvignon flavours. Amplifying its fresh, clean acidity and striking length is a burst of succulent Ruby grapefruit that carries the wonderful ensemble to a pleasant, lasting finish.
Juliette Rosé 2016Juliette is refreshing and elegant, bone dry rosé wine, with layers of lively fruit and a bright, smooth nish - just the way a true rosé wine from Southern France should be. Juliette is also an exceptional food wine that pairs with so many different types of cuisines. While Juliette serves an excellent standalone aperitif wine, Juliette is a perfect pair for grilled fish, seafood, steamed fish, lobster, shellfish, bouillabaisse and other traditional Provençal cuisine.
Chateau d'Esclans Whispering Angel 2016 BottleFrom the very beginning (ex Mouton Rothschild) winemaker Patrick Léon crafted a lighter style of rosé, and this very much errs on the side of being fresh, clean, mineral with a white peach expression. Unoaked, vinified in stainless steel tanks, kept chilled at every stage of the process. From a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault and Syrah, all hand-harvested. Easy to see why this works so well.
