Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2015Delicate pink colour with subtle salmon hues; An initial burst of ripe grapefruit aromas is followed by clean, mineral notes and hints of fresh strawberries. The overriding character of this rosé is one of freshness and purity. Freshness of texture, vibrancy and length. Purity of flavour, especially the way in which the aromas fi nd their full expression on the palate. There is a touch of mineral austerity which maintains a light thread throughout the wine's length; moreish and decidedly quaffable, the ultimate rosé! Serve well chilled. An excellent aperitif or picnic wine. Serve with fresh, seared tuna steaks; veal limone; poached salmon; cold crayfish salad; sushi.

Kris Pinot Grigio 2015The KRIS winemakers take full advantage of the "delle Venezie" designation by marrying the best fruit from the appellation's three permitted regions to yield a Pinot Grigio with an unusually expressive flavor profile. Veneto fruit provides the delicate floral notes and the classic almond finish so typical of this region. Grapes sourced from the southwest-facing slopes of the village of Montagna in Alto Adige receive ample sun and contribute ripe yet fresh citrus and pear fruit. The Mulinat estate in Friuli, where the soils are gravelly and well drained produce low-yielding fruit that helps to intensify flavor. The final blend shows depth of flavor in a bold, Northern Italian style.

Vranken Brut Demoiselle Tête de CuvéeThe pale colour of Chardonnay is accented by white and green crystalline notes. Remarkably fine bubbles and a nice persistent strand of bubbles. Great variety of aromatic top notes. White flowers. Dominant middle notes of fruit (green apple, pear, dried apricot) and citrus (lemon, grapefruit), with hints of pastry and toast. End notes of crushed fruit (compote, marmalade, mirabelles). Lightness, finesse, and balance on the palate. A crisp, lively wine without excess aggression. Ample on the palate with a long finish. Chardonnay adds complexity and balance.
