Finca la Estacada Tinto Velasco Ocho Y Medio 2015An exciting rarity, a formerly popular regional grape variety-of which now only 50 hectares planted in the world! A long growing period requires the grapes to stay on the vine until late October or November. No herbicides or pesticides are employed here, but Todd uses algae from the Spanish coast as natural protection from insects. Fermentation is spontaneous, and sulfur (at bottling) is extremely low. The resulting wine is delicious: savory and juicy with a similar berryish tang as the Malbec but more earth tones and lingering flavors.
Valle Reale Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 2015Concentrated and elegant, Valle Reale's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo combines bright fruit with delicate aromas of white flowers and flint (an aroma encouraged by the old-fashioned pied-de-cuve technique). Pairing: Pair this wine with grilled vegetables and rustic pasta courses like Spaghetti alla Carbonara as well as roasted poultry, sharp cheeses, and cured meats.
Accademia dei Racemi Anarkos 2015
Quinta Milu Ribera Del Duero 2015Aged a minimum of 6 months in old French or American oak casks. Fresh and juicy, this roble-style wine seeks to evoke a sense of old Ribera del Duero. Lovely nose of cherries and plums, cracked pepper and bright acidity. An Indigo classic and an absolute bargain.
Angoris Sonoro Sauvignon Blanc 2014Sonoro Sauvignon Blanc pleases the senses in the most delightful and palpable way. While a light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoro's freshness and lingering minerality provide a perfected structure and balance that you will not find in most Sauvignon Blancs. On the nose, an intense aroma of citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and white peach are contrasted with exotic spices, like mint, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. This is a truly unique wine that will please all palates. Sonoro Sauvignon Blanc lends itself well to dishes with fresh herbs and greens, such as fennel, spinach, watercress, arugula, and most green leaf salad vegetables. The most ideal pairing for this wine is seafood, shellfish and sushi; but this structured and well-balanced wine also allows one to be creative with exotic spices, and even chili pastes and curry-based recipes.

Edna Valley Vineyard Paragon Chardonnay 2013Those of us who make wine in the Edna Valley AVA like to take things slow. As the region with California's longest growing season, Edna Valley is a place where the grapes don't have to rush. Gentle sunshine, rich soil, and cool ocean fog create the Central Coast's extended growing season - a combination that gives the grapes longer time on the vine. That means more time to develop rich, complex flavors. Our winemaking team turns these ideal conditions into something special, meticulously crafting the extraordinary wines of Edna Valley Vineyard.
